The whole pool business, yours to keep.
Scheduling, chemistry, service reports, and Stripe-native billing — rebuilt as Claude Skills you own outright. You run it by talking to Claude. It runs on your Airtable and your Stripe. Nothing runs on us.

01 — Why now
There's blood in the water.
The tools operators use all share the same seam. Chemistry logic is easy to copy; the real weakness is payments and pricing. That's exactly where we're strongest — pool-native workflow with generalist-grade Stripe billing, at a cost that doesn't climb as you grow.
Great offline app — but per-pool pricing that's quadrupled in five years. Every customer you win costs you more, every month, forever.
Deep dosing and technician scorecards — with no native payment processing. You bolt on a separate processor and reconcile it by hand.
Solid business management for any trade — but no pool-specific workflow. Chemistry lives in clunky custom fields techs abandon.
02 — How a day works
Field to office, in one note.
The tech takes a plain note
At the pool — often with no signal — the tech jots readings and observations in whatever notes app they already use. No new app to learn, nothing to install, nothing to sync.
They send it to Claude
The note goes to Claude, which parses it into an append-only service visit with readings, dosages, and photos. Live in-field dosing? Orenda's free calculator covers it — we don't rebuild a commodity.
You run the business by talking
Onboard customers, bill the month, chase past-due, send reports — all conversation. Route boards and dashboards appear as Claude artifacts when a visual helps, then step out of the way.
Done. Created the customer, one salt pool (15,000 gal), and a weekly plan at $150/mo. I also set up their Stripe customer, ready to bill.
03 — The skill library
Nine skills that run the whole operation.
Each is a self-contained skill. Together they cover the daily loop, the money, and the polish — reading and writing your Airtable, driving your Stripe, and rendering artifacts on demand.
04 — Payments
Your Stripe. Your money.
Connect your own Stripe with a single OAuth click — no API key to generate, nothing to paste. From then on the skills create customers, generate invoices from your Airtable line items, and charge saved cards. Your homeowners just get a normal Stripe invoice or autopay.
We're never the merchant of record. We hold no keys, touch no funds, and take no cut.
Gated money
Every invoice, charge, refund, or cancel goes through plan → confirm → execute. Free-text pool notes can never move real money on their own.
Least privilege
Stripe access is scoped to customers, invoices, payment links, and subscriptions only — never transfers or treasury.
You're never the middleman
No Stripe Connect, no platform liability, no application fee. Money settles straight to your own Stripe balance.
05 — What you receive
Three connections, about ten minutes.
No app to install, no site to host, no account we manage. You get the skills, the base template, and a short setup guide — then it's yours. If H Labs vanished tomorrow, your business keeps running.
Copy the Airtable base
One click drops the full pool schema — customers, pools, equipment, visits, readings, invoices, payments, routes — into your own workspace.
Connect your Stripe
A single OAuth click inside Stripe's own UI. No keys, nothing pasted. The setup skill walks you through it.
Optionally connect Gmail
So service reports and past-due reminders send from your own inbox. Optional, and every send is gated.
