What “installing the skill” means
The skill is a small file that teaches your Claude how to run your pool business — all fifteen jobs, from setting up your base to month-end. Once it's in, it stays private to your account and works automatically — you never have to “open” it. You just ask for the task in plain English and Claude handles it.

Get the skill package
Your download is on your order confirmation page — the link works for 30 days after checkout. It's a single file, pool-service-skill.zip, with all fifteen jobs inside — you upload it to Claude exactly as it downloads. Already been through checkout? Open your skills in Claude
In Claude, go to Customize → Skills. (Customize is in the left-hand menu.)

Choose “Upload skill”
Open the Add drop-down, then choose “Upload skill.”

Upload your download
Select pool-service-skill.zip — the file exactly as it landed in your Downloads. Claude adds it to your list and switches it on automatically. That's the whole install.

Upload the .zip itself — don't unzip it
Claude wants the .zip file, not an unpacked folder. If your Mac opened the download into a folder automatically, the original pool-service-skill.zip is still right there in your Downloads — pick that one.
First-time only
If the upload option is greyed out, open Settings → Capabilities and turn on “Code execution and file creation,” then come back. You'll only ever do this once.
How to know it worked
Open Customize → Skills and you should see pool-service in your list, switched on. One entry covers all fifteen jobs — there's nothing to launch. In the next steps you'll connect Airtable and then simply ask Claude to set up your base; with the skill installed, it'll step in on its own.
That's everything — no hidden pieces
One file is the whole product. There's no second download, no “admin” pack, and nothing technical you're missing. If pool-service is in your list and switched on, you're fully equipped.
